Amerock Kitchen Hardware

Amerock kitchen hardware is some of the best hardware in the kitchen industry, especially if you choose the styles that are protected by Amerock's Guardian Lifetime Finish.

Amerock has a very reasonably priced line of kitchen hardware called Allison.  The line includes a large variety of designs, multiple finishes, and affordability, but few have a Guardian Lifetime finish.  You do get what you pay for.  The Allison Collection's benefits are that it looks beautiful and is very inexpensive. (Pictured at right is a handle from the Allison Metals Collection A00174 Polished Brass). 

AMEROCK HAS MANY OTHER GREAT LINES OF HARDWARE

You can easily get some really nice Amerock kitchen hardware for $3.00 to $6.00 per handle (knobs are usually a bit less).  Be sure to ask or check where you purchase your handles to ensure the handles or knobs you've selected have the Guardian Lifetime Finish.  If they don't they will likely tarnish over time.

Some Amerock kitchen hardware lines are more expensive, but they are also usually more sophisticated and unique, like their Galleria line which often resembles art (like the photo at right, of the Galleria A53045 SKI (Silver Black). 

Or, the material to manufacture the handles is just that much more expensive, such as their Stainless Steel, Brass, Appliance handles, or several of there European inspired designs, like the Essential'z handle A19204 G10 pictured at left.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE HANDLES YOU NEED

First, you should select a finish that you'd like to go with, for example polished brass or oil rubbed bronze.  Make sure it is something that will fit your decor.

Next, choose a style or design.  Design trends that Amerock kitchen hardware focus on are contemporary, casual, whimsical, European country, and traditional.  They have several collections within each of these general design trend areas.

Then, you need to decide what size meets your needs.  Most handles commonly have 3" centers.  If you are replacing hardware, you will need to know what size you have now.
